Reporting to: VP of Finance

In this role, you will:

·       Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support financial decisions.

·       Extract, transform and analyse data using SQL, Python and SQL Server.

·       Work closely with the VP of Finance to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

·       Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with healthcare data standards.

·       Present complex data clearly and succinctly to executives.



Selection Process:

·       Technical Assessment: Candidates will complete Aztia’s technical test covering SQL, Python and Power BI.

·       English Proficiency Test: Applicants should demonstrate at least a B2+ level of English; a C1 level is preferred.

·       Interview: Shortlisted candidates will meet with the VP of Finance and other stakeholders for a final evaluation.





Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

 

Mandatory Requirements:

·       3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

·       Proficiency in SQL, Python and Power BI.

·       Experience with Power BI Embedded or integration of reports into custom applications.

·       Demonstrable experience extracting and querying data from SQL Server.

·       Advanced English communication skills; strong B2 (upper-intermediate) accepted, C1 preferred.

·       Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

 

 Nice to Have:

·       Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and its no-code pipeline authoring.

·       Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage and big-data tools.

·       Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics.

·       Experience with Azure SQL Database/Managed Instance.
