Manage daily Data team operations, research and analyze datasets, build internal and external reports (including an annual Startup Ecosystem Ranking), and maintain/improve Python scripts and data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights.
Your Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Data team, working closely with the Data Manager, the Development team, and the CEO.
You will:
- Research, process, and analyze datasets across various organizational projects, including our flagship yearly Startup Ecosystem Ranking report.
- Build reports for internal and external stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve our Python scripts and data infrastructure.
Must have:
- High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (Pandas).
Good to have:
- Python (Matplotlib), Linux Shell, ETL processes.
- You're highly motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in economic development and startup ecosystems. You thrive working with an established, close-knit, and fun team.
- Previous involvement with startup ecosystems, for example working within a startup-related organization, is a strong plus.
- Professional-level fluency in English is essential for this role.

- Compensation: Starting monthly salary depends on experience and skills, with growth tied to your contributions to the company's goals.
