Job Description

CelebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

 

You will join the team building our new mid-market analytics platform, working at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy. You will turn product usage, customer, and commercial data into insights that help shape product decisions and business priorities. You will also play an important role in establishing clear, trusted metrics and analytical practices as the new product grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Define, maintain, and document the core metrics used across the product and business

  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting in a BI platform

  • Analyze product, customer, and commercial data to answer questions from product, sales, and business teams

  • Partner with product and engineering teams on experiment design, analysis, and interpretation

  • Investigate data quality issues and work with engineering to address problems at the source

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks through exploratory analysis

  • Present analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including limitations and areas where the data does not provide a reliable answer

  • Help establish a consistent, data-informed approach to product and business decision-making

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role

  • Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization

  • Hands-on experience with a BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect data to real business decisions

  • Experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to explain analytical methodology, assumptions, and limitations clearly

  • Comfortable challenging assumptions when the available data does not support a conclusion

NICE TO HAVE
  • Python or R

  • dbt

  • Experience with experiment design and A/B testing

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics

  • Data warehouse and dimensional modeling experience

  • Experience working with product analytics or customer behavior data

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$75,000-$100,000 determined based on experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.
