Role Summary:
As a Remote Data Analyst, you will serve as the analytics engine for our marketplace platform. You will take complete ownership of building automated dashboards, identifying operational bottlenecks, and providing data-backed recommendations directly to executive leadership. This is a high-visibility, 100% remote role open to candidates based anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Product Telemetry
- Design, build, and maintain interactive performance dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor company-wide KPIs.
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract insights from raw application data, tracking customer lifetime value (LTV) and acquisition costs (CAC).
- Monitor data pipeline health, ensuring accurate metrics reporting across our customer booking platform and provider dispatch application.
Data Modeling & Strategy
- Perform exploratory data analysis to isolate drivers behind customer churn and provider utilization rates.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define data tracking requirements for new feature releases.
- Translate highly complex analytical concepts into clear, non-technical business recommendations for regional market expansion.
What We Are Looking For:
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience working full-time in a dedicated Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role, preferably within a tech startup or marketplace ecosystem.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of advanced SQL (joins, window functions, query optimization) is strictly required. Strong foundations in Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R for statistical analysis are highly preferred.
- Visualization Expertise: Proven track record of developing production-grade dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Remote Excellence: Superior asynchronous written communication skills and the self-discipline to excel in a high-autonomy, distributed environment.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 / year (Based on experience)
- Equity Range: 0.1% – 0.25% equity options
- Location: 100% Remote (Must be legally authorized to work in the United States)
