As part of the newly established AI Center of Excellence (COE), our client's organization is defining the technical blueprint for a centralized enterprise data repository. While the COE deploys immediate, contained AI workflows to achieve short-term business successes, the long-term strategic goal is to build a unified data lake architecture to support comprehensive enterprise intelligence and advanced analytics. This role functions as the foundational data architect responsible for structuring the commercial data assets that fuel the company’s global Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Requirements
  • Senior Data Architecture Expertise: Extensive track record designing scalable enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and complex ETL/ELT data pipelines from scratch.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Data Stack: Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with the modern Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Microsoft Fabric, alongside Azure data analytics components.
  • Commercial & GTM Business Acumen: Strong familiarity with B2B enterprise sales metrics and pipelines, with the ability to turn raw commercial data into highly structured, analytics-ready models.
  • Autonomous & Agile Execution: Proven capability to work independently in an environment without pre-existing data legacy standards, delivering architectural designs alongside concrete, rapid technical implementations to support immediate COE quick wins.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Lakehouse Architecture for AI & GTM: Define the standards, blueprints, and architectural design for a brand-new, centralized data repository built from the ground up, optimized for both business intelligence and AI agent consumption.
  • Enterprise Integration Strategy: Map out and execute the ingestion and synthesis of commercial and operational data points across critical GTM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, Titango, and Clary.
  • Data Readiness for Agentic Workflows: Ensure that the data lake structures provide clean, structured, and highly reliable data flows, minimizing the need for data prep by the AI engineering teams and enabling seamless API-driven agent integrations.
  • Hands-on Pipeline Execution: Operate in a highly agile, "build-it-yourself" delivery model. You will own the long-term data strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to write the pipeline code required to construct the initial data models.
  • Business Metric Synthesis: Translate complex commercial strategies into technical data models, structuring datasets to analyze win/loss records, sales pipelines, cycle velocities, and operational lead times
