About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data & Customer Support Assistant to support daily database management and customer service operations. This role involves handling data-related tasks, identifying and correcting system errors, and responding to customer inquiries related to company policies and support processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with data systems and email-based customer support.
- Work with databases to download, organize, and manage data
- Match and validate records across systems
- Identify and correct data errors to maintain accuracy
- Respond to customer support emails professionally and promptly
- Assist customers with inquiries related to company policies and processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and task tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support operations
Requirements
- Experience in data entry, database management, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling email-based customer support
- Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot data issues
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow structured processes
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with CRM systems or database platforms
- Previous customer service or support experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
