We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various digital systems and databases. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and content management systems
    •    Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before processing
    •    Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies
    •    Organize and maintain digital files and records in accordance with company protocols
    •    Generate routine reports and data summaries as requested by supervisors
    •    Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve data issues
    •    Adhere to data privacy regulations and internal confidentiality policies
    •    Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets and deadlines
    •    Perform regular audits of existing data to ensure quality and integrity
    •    Support other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

    •    High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
    •    Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
    •    Typing speed of at least 45–55 words per minute with high accuracy
    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
    •    Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software
    •    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    •    Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines without direct supervision
    •    Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

    •    Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
    •    Knowledge of basic data analysis or reporting tools
    •    Prior experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
    •    Familiarity with data privacy laws such as GDPR or HIPAA (depending on industry)

Compensation
