1. Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval.
2. Generate reports and summaries as required.
3. Perform data validation and quality control checks.
4. Assist with data-related projects and tasks as assigned.
*Administrative Tasks:*
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data discrepancies.
3. Provide data entry support to other departments as needed.
4. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
*Skills:*
1. Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute with high accuracy.
2. Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
