Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hybrid Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team. This role involves accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying company data across internal systems. The ideal candidate can work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating in-office when needed to support team operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in company databases and systems with accuracy
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, and other documentation
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Generate reports and provide data summaries to management
  • Communicate with internal departments to verify information
  • Protect confidential company and employee data
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of data entry or administrative experience
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 based on experience
