Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's systems and databases.
- Review and verify data for errors and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate entry of information.
- Follow up on data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
- Perform regular data backups and system updates as needed.
- Assist with reporting and document management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role or a related administrative position.
- Experience with data entry software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
