Partnering with RevOps, Product Analytics, Data Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, and FP&A, they surface trends in funnel performance, ROI, forecasting, and planning to help leaders make confident, data-driven decisions.

This role is a great fit for someone with experience in SaaS environments who enjoys building from the ground up and partnering cross-functionally to drive impact.

As our Data Insights Manager you will:

  • Collaborate with Revops, Marketing, and Product on the GTM & Product metrics framework with clear, trusted definitions and calculations.
  • Ship role-based BI dashboards/scorecards that drive decisions across Product, CS, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Deliver executive-ready insight readouts that convert signals into quarterly plans and weekly actions; lead health scoring and cohort analysis to surface risk/opportunity and enable manager coaching.

  • Partner with Marketing/Sales/RevOps on shared funnel and SLAs; run recurring pipeline and conversion reviews; align pipeline and bookings forecasts.
  • Collaborate with FP&A on planning, monthly forecasting/variance, scenario modeling, and headcount/capacity; communicate risks and corrective actions.
  • Partner with Data Intelligence to improve data quality, semantic layers, and performance; enable self-service analytics with certified assets and a transparent intake/backlog.

Does this sound like you?

If you have the following experience, then this is a great role for you:

  • 5–8 years in business analytics, ideally in SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor delivering executive-ready dashboards and insights that drive action.
  • Expert in SQL and data modeling; able to partner with engineering on data models and semantic layers.
  • Hands-on with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI focused on design, certification, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Familiar and proficient with product analytics tools (Pendo) and GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Zendesk, Churn Zero).
  • Strong storytelling and communication; frames ambiguous questions and drives action.
  • Solid measurement fundamentals: baselines, pre/post analysis, and basic experiment reads.
  • Proven collaboration with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and FP&A on funnel, ROI, forecasting, and planning; financial acumen across forecasting, variance, scenarios, and headcount/capacity.

Experience with the following tools:

  • BI: Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma
  • Data: SQL; semantic layer (e.g., dbt-managed)
  • Product Analytics: Pendo, Redash
  • GTM: Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Zendesk, Gainsight/Churn Zero
  • Documentation: Confluence or Notion

Example Projects:

  • Launch role-based dashboards: CS renewal prep, Support resolution, Sales pipeline quality, Marketing campaign ROI, Product activation/adoption, Finance ARR/retention.
  • Analyze customer health score data to validate model accuracy and distill insights into clear coaching recommendations.
  • Deliver quarterly GTM/product insights with recommended actions; track adoption and impact of recent deliverables.
  • Create concise data dictionaries and usage guides to increase trust and reduce confusion.
  • Run joint Marketing/Sales QBRs and monthly pipeline reviews; deliver conversion insights and action plans.
  • Produce monthly FP&A forecasting and variance readouts with driver analysis; contribute to annual planning and re-forecasts.

Reasons why you would love it here!

  • Join a team culture that’s all about collaboration, support, and having fun while making a real impact every day.
  • In the U.S., we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options, plus additional add ons like HSA/FSA accounts, disability and life insurance, and more.
  • In Canada, we provide an employer-funded HSA-based benefits plan with drug, dental, and mental health coverage - giving you a flexible way to manage your healthcare needs.
