Job Description
 
As a Data Integration Analyst II at Renaissance, you will play a vital role in overseeing seamless data integration and rostering solutions for our educational software portfolio across K-12 school districts nationwide. In this position, you'll leverage technical expertise to ensure student data flows accurately between district systems and Renaissance products, directly supporting educators in their mission to improve learning outcomes. 

 In this role as a Data Integration Analyst II, you will:  

  • Serve as the dedicated Data Integration Analyst for all assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact for integration services 
  • Deliver responsive troubleshooting and resolution when customers encounter data integration challenges 
  • Proactively monitor systems to ensure integrations operate according to schedule, addressing issues before they impact educational activities 
  • Conduct strategic check-in sessions with customers to identify upcoming system changes and develop forward-looking integration plans 
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Renaissance products, including specific rostering requirements and reporting data structures 
  • Stay current on platform developments through ongoing training and deployment update reviews 
  • Translate customer needs into well-defined technical requirements for internal teams 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of customer integration solutions 

For this role as a Data Integration Analyst II, you should have:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technical area or equivalent combination of education and related experience 
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, including Renaissance customer service, support, and/or training                      
  • Preferred: Experience with education industry 
  • Knowledge of data integration methods, SIS Software Vendors and data providers (i.e. Clever) 
  • Fundamental SQL skills for basic data querying 
  • Knowledge of data security best practices 
  • Proficiency with Excel

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying tech comfort levels 
  • Problem-solve and demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions that work with little to no direction 
  • Shows initiative and resilience during high-volume periods (back-to-school, end of term) 
  • Strong time management skills to ensure assignments are completed and properly documented  
  • Ability to handle escalations or urgent items as assigned  
  • Ability to research, strategize, and solution scenarios based on customer needs and company priorities

The below compensation range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location. 

Salary Range
$46,400$63,750 USD
