● Partner with media planners, strategists, and creative teams to ensure data informs audience targeting, messaging, and creative development.
● Develop measurement frameworks, attribution approaches, and testing methodologies tailored to nonprofit goals (donations, lead generation, volunteer sign‑ups, advocacy actions).
● Lead deep‑dive analyses on donor journeys, conversion funnels, and cross‑channel performance to guide strategic recommendations.
● Standardize reporting processes, templates, and data hygiene practices to improve efficiency and accuracy across the agency.
● Present insights to clients in a clear, compelling, and accessible way—translating complex data into meaningful narratives.
● Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling for paid media and fundraising campaigns.
● Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate new tools, platforms, and data integrations that enhance our analytics capabilities.

Applies technical expertise to build dashboards, maintain data hygiene, and ensure accurate, reliable reporting across multiple marketing channels.

Communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and contributes to a culture of shared understanding and alignment.
● Ownership & Operational Excellence: Takes responsibility for data quality, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of analytics processes. Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, standardize practices, and mentor junior team members to strengthen the overall analytics function.
