Job Purpose and Impact
Data Process Lead ensures the accuracy, security and effective use of the organization's moderately complex data. With limited supervision, this job supports the development and implements policies, handles data quality and ensures compliance with regulations. This job also helps design data architecture, cultivates data literacy and partners with technology team and business units to support better decision making, operational efficiency and strategic advantage for the organization.
Key Accountabilities
  • Serve as primary liaison for all data migration activities, from profiling to validation.
  • Analyze legacy data to identify gaps, enrich datasets, and establish robust data mapping rules aligned with S/4HANA models.
  • Host and facilitate ‌cross-functional data workshops‌ to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and align stakeholders on data standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation (mapping templates, workflows) and drive standardization for future operations.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration, including conversions, validation, and reconciliation to guarantee data integrity.
  • Partner with business owners, functional teams, and IT to define requirements, mitigate risks, and resolve roadblocks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in SAP data migration. (experience in 1 full S/4HANA cycle was added value).
  • Broad knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM,PP, SD, PM) and the underlying business processes to understand data dependencies and requirements.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, VBA and or other data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK is a plus
  • APAC travel flexibility (20% regional visits).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian for regional collaboration.
  • Willing to based in Indonesia or Malaysia
