Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain company information and records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized electronic records and files.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies.
- Process documents and information according to established procedures.
- Perform routine data searches and updates.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
