  • Partner with Engineering to architect scalable pipelines for ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation of company data from multiple sources.

  • Evaluate and prioritize external data providers, AI-derived signals, and internal sources to improve firmographic coverage and accuracy.

  • Define frameworks for source reliability, confidence scoring, and attribute reconciliation.

  • Establish data quality KPIs and SLAs for coverage, freshness, accuracy, and entity resolution.

  • Build monitoring frameworks and dashboards to continuously track firmographic data health.

  • Translate product and customer needs into prioritized improvements in company attributes, segmentation capabilities, and data coverage.

  • Work closely with Product to ensure firmographic data unlocks key platform capabilities such as search, segmentation, and analytics.

  • Direct research and data investigation projects to uncover opportunities and drive progress on cleanup

  • Maintain high standards for data governance, quality assurance, and documentation

Your Working Experience:

  • 5–10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in roles related to data products, data platforms, analytics, or data operations

  • Proven experience owning and managing complex datasets or data pipelines, preferably within a management consulting firm or large SaaS organization
3–5 years of experience serving as a dedicated Data Product Manager

  • Hands-on experience working with large, complex, and multi-source datasets

  • Strong understanding of entity-based datasets (e.g., company, people, or product data), with direct experience considered a significant plus

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Data modeling and schema design for large-scale entity datasets

  • Experience managing data pipelines or data platforms

  • Ability to define data product requirements and technical specifications

  • Ability to develop roadmaps for data platforms and datasets

  • Experience balancing customer value, engineering complexity, and data reliability

  • Familiarity with entity resolution, data reconciliation, and attribute normalization

  • Experience designing data quality monitoring and governance frameworks

  • Project management across Research, Engineering, Product

  • Data cleansing/debugging/RCA with messy data

  • Working fluency with SQL and data exploration tools to validate hypotheses and partner effectively with Engineering and Research teams

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for exploratory analysis and rapid prototyping; evolving to proprietary internal tools

  • Ability to communicate insights through clear data visualization

Benefits & Perks:
