Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst to support data reporting, business insights, and operational performance within Corporate & Commercial Banking. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable information, improve reporting processes, and partner with teams across the organization to drive informed decision-making. This position offers opportunities to expand your analytical expertise, influence business outcomes, and grow as a subject matter expert.
Candidate must live within our core footprint; WI, IL, MN, MO, NE.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze complex business data and develop meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

  • Create, maintain, and enhance databases, reporting systems, and automated reporting solutions.

  • Develop and manage recurring reports, dashboards, and data queries to meet business needs.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing quality reviews and validation processes.

  • Partner with business leaders to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Provide analytical support for workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for reporting tools, systems access, and data-related inquiries.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Visio.

  • Experience writing complex data queries and developing reports.

Preferred

  • Experience in banking, financial services, customer service, sales, or related industries.

  • Familiarity with workforce management, forecasting, scheduling, or financial analysis.
