The Database Application Administrator will manage Oracle E-Business Suite and NetSuite ERP environments, handle database administration, implement data replication solutions, and optimize performance while ensuring data integrity and high availability.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technology professional to manage and optimize enterprise application ecosystems, including Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite ERP, and data replication platforms
This role requires deep expertise in database administration, SaaS application management, and real-time data integration to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity across systems
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Apps DBA- Administer, maintain, and support Oracle E-Business Suite environments (R12.x)
- Perform database installations, upgrades, patching, cloning, and migrations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database operations
- Manage backup and recovery strategies (RMAN, Data Guard)
- Ensure database security, compliance, and high availability
- Work with infrastructure teams on capacity planning and disaster recovery
- NetSuite Administrator
Configure, maintain, and support NetSuite ERP platform - Manage roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards
- Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems
- Support end users, troubleshoot issues, and provide training/documentation
- Manage releases, testing, and deployment of new features, Replication, Design, implement, and maintain data replication solutions (e.g., Oracle GoldenGate, AWS DMS, or similar tools)
- Ensure real-time or near-real-time data synchronization across systems
- Monitor replication performance and resolve latency or data consistency issues
- Maintain data integrity and reliability across heterogeneous environments
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience
- Hands-on experience with data replication tools (Oracle GoldenGate, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher)
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OCI)
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator or ERP Consultant)
- Oracle certifications (OCP/OCA)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of data warehousing concepts
