WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be a point person on the Deal Desk team. You will help support the Go-to-Market organizations with opportunity management and revenue bookings, contract review, and billing/order management. You will ensure all Salesforce and customer data is validated and accurate with Qualia’s financial standards, compliance, and policies. This individual is a subject matter expert for product and pricing, deal strategy, and is a trusted advisor to Revenue Operations and GTM teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process Salesforce opportunities promptly and ensure all documentation falls in line with the booking policy 
  • Manage the booking process and ensure incoming Salesforce quotes and subscriptions are accurate, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, discounting, non-standard terms, and custom billing schedules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors, discrepancies, and issues that arise during the quoting process in Salesforce 
  • Ensure approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, escalated to the right approval levels, and resolved within reasonable time frames
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, to resolve deal issues on behalf of Sales
  • Effectively manage and work through end-of-month and end-of-quarter volumes
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned when needed to support Revenue Operations and the business
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • 1-2 years of experience managing contracts and deal structures in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS revenue models
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across various business units, adapt quickly, and prioritize requests
  • Strength in process documentation, presentation, and training
  • Ability to work on many deals simultaneously, handling adversarial conversations in a firm but calm manner
