Description

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security.

Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle - from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market. At Noma, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We're looking for a senior Deal Desk Manager to own Noma's quote-to-cash process as an individual contributor reporting to our Director of Sales Operations. You'll be the single point of accountability for commercial accuracy, structuring complex enterprise and channel deals, owning pricing and discount governance, and partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Own quote-to-cash end to end, from deal structuring through booking and billing handoff.
  • Partner with AEs and RSDs from early stage through signature to structure multi-year deals, ramps, co-terms, early renewals, and partner and channel deals.
  • Own list pricing, packaging, bundles, and SKU structure, working with Product on packaging for new capabilities and modeling revenue and margin impact before any change rolls out.
  • Design and tune the approval matrix and discount guardrails using win-rate and discount-leakage data, and configure pricing changes directly in Quoting tool, including price books, product rules, and quote templates.
  • Review non-standard terms with Legal and Finance, and assess the ASC 606 revenue recognition impact of each deal structure.
  • Validate and book new, expansion, renewal, amendment, and reseller orders in Salesforce, including co-terms, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, credit/rebills, and deal registration alignment.
  • Enforce booking policy and audit-ready documentation, and partner with Finance on billing schedules, invoice accuracy, dispute resolution, and entity-specific paper, currency, and tax.
  • Report on discount trends, deal velocity, pricing realization, and booking accuracy, and drive improvements that shorten quote-to-close and signature-to-invoice cycles and eliminate manual month-end cleanup.

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company selling multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Hands-on CPQ configuration experience (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent) is required, including price books, product rules, and quote templates.
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and how ramps, co-terms, and credits flow into ARR and revenue schedules.
  • Experience processing reseller and distributor orders and managing deals across multiple legal entities and currencies.
  • Proven ability to build pricing and discount governance from data and get sales leadership to adopt it.
  • Experience building Deal Desk process from scratch at a high-growth, venture-backed company.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, especially at quarter end.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Home office setup reimbursement
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life and accident insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - We trust you to manage your time
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture
  • A global work environment with teams across Tel Aviv, the US, the Netherlands, and London
  • Equity options that let you share in Noma's growth and success
