How you can help make a better world of work

North America is CultureAmp’s largest market, and we need an operationally excellent and commercially-savvy Deal Desk Manager. This role will own daily deal operations support, consult on strategic negotiations and commercial tradeoffs with Sales, and help evolve Deal Desk’s process and systems to improve Sales and Deal Desk efficiency and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will evidence a very strong business partner mindset, with a proven track record of balancing win rates with financial discipline in deal support.

You will…

  • 4+ years experience leading Deal Desk operations at high-growth SaaS companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including highly effective process documentation
  • Very strong commercial acumen and command of negotiation tradeoffs
  • Experience developing and utilizing dashboards to monitor Deal Desk request types and response times
  • Experience driving operational transformation through process and systems, with a user-centric approach
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles for SaaS
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Docusign CLM suite are a plus
  • Very strong ownership mindset, high responsiveness and accountability
  • Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Sense of humor is a big plus

You have…

  • Top-tier daily support of deal execution, while meeting SLAs for turnaround time
  • Actively improve efficiency of rep and Deal Desk workflows through process and systems transformations
  • Develop deal policies, including “self-serve” guidelines for reps and approval logic and matrices
  • Work with Pricing team to optimize discount tolerances, pricing and packaging strategy, and pricing operations
  • Work with Billing team to ensure order forms meet requirements for billing and revenue recognition
  •  

You are…

  • Service-minded and can ensure sales is supported on deals in a timely manner whether that be via self-serve processes and documentation or achieving agreed upon SLAs when it comes to more complex deals
  • A clear communicator both internally when writing and enforcing policy as well as externally as required when supporting deals
  • Detail-oriented and use your business acumen to create comprehensive policies that sales teams can understand and appreciate
  • Eager to work on strategic projects related to Deal Desk that can have large revenue impacts
  • Analytical and have helped deliver accurate and timely revenue reporting
  • A born collaborator, with the ability to effectively partner with a wide range of internal teams and stakeholders.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)

$130$137,000 USD
