Reporting to the Americas Senior Manager, Deal Management, the Deal Operations Manager partners cross-functionally to support deals from the customer proposal stage through the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Recognition, and Legal to shape, structure, and approve complex deals — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed while maximizing ARR.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end Deal Operations support for your assigned region, from proposal through order booking per the below: 

  • Reply to, manage, and facilitate exception approval requests related to pricing, business terms, and deal structures in a timely and efficient manner through to resolution.
  • Partner closely with Sales to evaluate and structure complex deals and provide input, guidance, and approval, in balance with revenue recognition policy compliance with ARR optimization.
  • Support sales reps with quoting and customization of order forms.
  • Advise on commercial Terms and Conditions and drive approvals from cross-functional stakeholders for non-standard Ts and Cs.
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Recognition on non-standard deals to mitigate financial risk and exposure to the business.
  • Validate sales orders and contracts for policy compliance and manage contracting and booking within Salesforce.
  • Review and approve all booking packages prior to Finance review and NetSuite sync, ensuring consistency and accuracy across SFDC, PO, and Order Form.
  • Support training of new sales reps on deal processes, tools, and systems.
  • Participate in deal reviews and commercial conversations with Account Executives, and sales leadership as appropriate.
  • Participate in UAT Testing, issue identification, and team projects as needed. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Management, or a similar business facilitation role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS subscription models, forecasting, and revenue recognition policies.
  • Proven ability to guide Sales on deal structuring while balancing revenue, profitability, and compliance, as well as foresight to mitigate delays in sales cycles through strong internal stakeholder collaboration.
  • Must have hands-on experience working in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive deals to close.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including extended hours during quarter-end.
  • Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to see the broader business impact.
  • Highly responsive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
