- On-Premise Account Programming
- Collaborate with key accounts to develop engaging, consumer-focused marketing initiatives that align with Deep Eddy Vodka’s brand vision.
- Negotiate and execute localized promotions and activations to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Track and analyze program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Local Field Marketing & Program Execution
- Plan and implement field marketing campaigns tailored to regional audiences while aligning with national brand initiatives.
- Manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media, traditional media, influencer collaborations, PR, events, and guerrilla marketing.
- Build partnerships with influencers and complementary brands to expand Deep Eddy Vodka’s reach.
- Brand Advocacy & Education
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador, conducting training sessions, presentations, and events to engage stakeholders and enhance brand loyalty.
- Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct research to understand consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
- Use insights to refine brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in event execution, marketing, or sales within the beverage alcohol industry required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, multi-channel events and activations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Resourceful and results-driven, with experience managing budgets.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
- Annual Bonus: 10%
- Car Allowance: $800 per month
- Communication Allowance: $200 per month
