Delivery Manager, Co-Managed Teams Location: Remote (US) | Type: Full Time | Experience: 8+ years | Pay: $150K-$185K

About the Role You'll co-manage the embedded teams that deliver alongside our clients, the engine behind Elios Co-Managed Teams. When a client needs a purpose-built team to ship a specific initiative, you design it, stand it up, and own that it delivers.

This is part delivery lead, part player-coach. You'll keep teams unblocked, hold the quality bar, and stay close enough to the work to catch problems before the client does.

What You'll Do

  • Design and scope micro-practices, the tight teams we build for a specific client initiative
  • Co-manage delivery alongside the client, owning timelines, quality, and outcomes
  • Keep the team unblocked and the client informed with specifics
  • Spot risk early and bring the fix, not just the flag
  • Run delivery rhythms that work for a remote, fast-moving team
  • Partner with recruiting to get the right specialists in fast when scope shifts

Qualifications

  • 8+ years delivering technical projects, with real time as a delivery or engineering lead
  • You've owned outcomes for client-facing software work, not just internal teams
  • Strong technical literacy across modern engineering and AI delivery
  • Calm under pressure and clear in a crisis
  • You manage by trust and specifics, not status theater
  • At home in the ambiguity of a fast-growing company

Why Join Us Co-Managed Teams is where Elios looks most like a consulting firm, without the markup or the bench. You'll build teams that actually ship and see the difference your delivery makes to a client's roadmap.

We keep things direct and high-trust, and we give people room to own real outcomes. If you like building order out of ambiguity, you'll like it here.
