Scorability is passionate about improving the lives of college coaches through a more efficient and successful athlete recruiting process. Coaches at every level in every sport use our world-class software to discover, evaluate, and recruit the right players for their program. Prospective student athletes benefit from a more direct and transparent recruiting process—one led by interested college coaches who can actually recruit them—helping the athletes avoid wasted effort and money on unnecessary services.

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Demand Generation Director who can fuel our growth by designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that engage, convert, and retain both B2B and D2C customers. As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll bring expertise across a wide variety of demand generation channels—digital, paid, organic, and more—and know how to measure success with the right KPIs.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across B2B and D2C funnels
  • Plan, launch, optimize and manage spend for multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, SEO/SEM, content syndication, email, ABM, partnerships, events/webinars, and retargeting
  • Implement a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy that optimizes content for AI search engines to appear in their synthesized answers, moving beyond traditional keyword-based SEO
  • Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization engines, generative AI for content, chatbots) into marketing workflows to improve targeting, conversion, and efficiency
  • Own campaign performance from top-of-funnel awareness through lead conversion
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing leadership to align pipeline goals with business objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and campaign ROI; continuously optimize for scale and efficiency
  • Identify new channels, tactics, and technologies to test and drive customer acquisition

Experience we’re seeking:

  • 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing at a growing company (B2B and/or D2C required, both strongly preferred; SaaS or tech industries a plus)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, GEO, paid social, content, lifecycle/email, ABM, retargeting)
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing (personalization, campaign optimization, predictive analytics, generative AI)
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with data, attribution, dashboards, and marketing performance reporting
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (we use HubSpot)
  • Owner with a startup mindset—resourceful, scrappy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Perks & Benefits:

  • Stock options: become a shareholder and participate in the value we create together
  • Flexible Time Off + generous holidays off for a good quality of life
  • Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision — 100% paid for employees
  • Give back: opportunities to serve through our Community Service Program
