The Impact of a Demand Generation Manager at Coupa:
Coupa is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the Integrated Marketing team. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and play a crucial part in supporting Coupa’s pipeline and revenue goals.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, and partner with sales development and marketing operations to ensure sales teams are converting leads into qualified pipeline for new logo acquisition within North America.
- Execute innovative demand generation strategies across a variety of channels including, email, webinars or virtual events, content syndication, and other 3rd-party programs.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders.
- Use a “test-measure-learn” approach to iterate and optimize programs and results.
- Develop a strategic plan for implementing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, ensuring a smooth transition from awareness to consideration to purchase.
- Work in tandem with Integrated Marketing Managers to strategize and execute program plans each quarter that align with Coupa’s go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Content, Design, Web, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of demand gen programs.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 3 - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a large SaaS technology company, with a strong grasp of demand generation or growth marketing and sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with various MarTech solutions: Marketo and Salesforce.com experiences are required; Account-Based Experience Patform (6Sense preferred); Business Intelligence (Tableau preferred), Sales Engagement (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while translating complex processes into value-add business activities.
- Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline velocity
- Experience in marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas is not a requirement but highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a growth mindset, and the agility to adapt in response to evolving opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities.
