Role Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager focused on our Enterprise segment to develop and execute end-to-end high impact campaigns. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving and nurturing quality leads through innovative and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and scale key non-paid channels (email, webinars, and direct mail) with a focus on engaging enterprise accounts
  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, ensuring alignment to business goals and sales priorities
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data to continuously improve pipeline generation and efficiency
  • Develop and run intent and interest based programs in close partnership with Sales to engage, nurture, and progress high value accounts
  • Partner with content marketing to activate compelling, targeted content that resonates with enterprise buyers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated, cohesive demand generation efforts and strong alignment across the funnel

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic account segments in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign strategies
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams on pipeline generation initiatives
  • Experience operating in high-growth or scaling startup environments

Compensation at Cresta:

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

Compensation for this position includes a Base Salary + Equity.

Base Salary Range: $120k - $165k

Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
