We call our Austin, TX, headquarters home - our dog-friendly office is centrally located north of downtown and features an open and collaborative floorplan, fully stocked kitchen, and on-site fitness room. This role is in-office Mondays through Thursdays, with a work from home day on Friday, if desired.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Demand Generation Specialist to lead our company’s demand generation initiatives. This is a key position that requires advanced knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to develop creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and revenue for a B2B financial services company.
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who owns outcomes, not just activity. This role is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on. You will define demand generation plans, execute them end to end, and be accountable for performance.
Operating in a complex construction finance environment, you’ll partner closely with content marketing, partner marketing, and sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves, moving fast, and continuously optimizing based on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketing.
- Own demand generation strategy and execution with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue impact.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, video, webinars, and in-person and virtual events.
- Work collaboratively with the content team to conceptualize high-quality marketing content that speaks to prospects’ pain points and highlights the benefits of our product offerings.
- Work closely with partner marketing to execute co-marketed campaigns, content, promotion and events.
- Partner with sales leadership to align on target accounts, lead quality, and follow-up strategy.
- Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, including closed-loop nurture, lifecycle, and reengagement strategies as well as lead scoring and follow-up.
- Execute and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-value construction finance accounts.
- Manage campaign tracking, attribution, budgeting and reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce with consistent reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Lead ongoing testing and experimentation (A/B tests, channel tests, messaging tests) to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
- Analyze full-funnel performance, maintain clean data and collaborate with RevOps on reporting and attribution to turn insights into action, quickly.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand the target audience and develop buyer journey campaigns that resonate with our customers.
- Optimize the lead nurturing process to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Plan and organize virtual and in person marketing events, including content creation, event organization and post event outreach.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or B2B growth marketing
- Proven ability to operate strategically and hands-on, owning programs from planning through execution and optimization
- Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content
- Strong experience with HubSpot (workflows, campaigns, reporting) and Salesforce, including analytics, dashboards, full funnel metrics and performance KPIs|
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
- Experience managing campaigns and ability to balance competing priorities effectively
- Financial Services, Construction industry or adjacent industry experience a plus
