Radicle Health is a collection of human services software products designed to foster collaboration and innovation, helping organizations better serve their communities. We believe technology plays a crucial role in the success of the human services sector, but no single system can meet the diverse needs of every agency. That’s why we’ve built Radicle Health as a home for mission-driven products that support organizations in delivering essential services. Under one roof, our teams learn from each other, test ideas faster, and think holistically about the individuals and communities we serve.

About the Job:
Radicle Health is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help build and scale our demand engine. In this role, you will focus on campaign execution, marketing automation, and operational excellence — turning strategy into live programs, scalable workflows, and reliable campaign infrastructure. You will play a key role in launching and maintaining automated marketing programs that support pipeline growth and ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff. Over time, this role will have the opportunity to expand into deeper campaign optimization and demand generation ownership as our programs scale. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, RevOps, and external agencies in a collaborative, data-driven GTM environment.
Who you are:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth, or marketing operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns within marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • A systems-oriented mindset — you enjoy working in marketing technology, building workflows, testing automation, and connecting platforms to drive performance (experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, 6sense, or similar is a plus).
  • Strong comfort working with data, segmentation, lists, filters, lifecycle stages, and lead routing logic.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA discipline across links, forms, workflows, automation logic, and reporting setup.
  • Comfortable collaborating with RevOps teams to ensure campaigns are properly tracked and measured.
  • Curious and motivated to deepen technical skills in automation, experimentation, and integrated GTM systems.
  • Execution-focused demand generation marketer who enjoys building scalable systems and improving processes over time.
  • LOVE tinkering with the tech
What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Build, launch, and maintain inbound and ABM campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, lists, nurtures, workflows).
  • Own campaign execution within Clay, building and maintaining workflows for enrichment, targeting, and outbound activation in partnership with Demand Gen and RevOps.
  • Own execution and ongoing optimization of marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, and lead routing in partnership with RevOps.
  • Set up and maintain ABM account and contact lists, views, and dashboards to support targeted outreach.
  • Configure campaign tracking and ensure programs are set up correctly for performance visibility in collaboration with RevOps.
  • Partner with the Director of Demand Generation on targeting, audience builds, and campaign execution.
  • Use campaign performance insights to support ongoing improvements and optimization of marketing programs as the role evolves.
  • Maintain clean documentation and organized campaign assets so programs are repeatable, scalable, and operationally efficient.
