Our client is looking for a full-time Demand Generation Strategist to design and lead programs that transform brand awareness into qualified opportunities and measurable growth. Over the past few years, they have built a strong reputation in the financial and tax consulting industry, delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses to thrive through strategic expertise and client-focused service.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who understands the intersection of content, paid media, and analytics. The Demand Generation Strategist will translate their Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy into high-performing campaigns that guide prospects through the buyer’s journey — from first interaction to meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with company growth objectives and enhances the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework.

  • Deeply analyze the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify industries, roles, and pain points that influence purchase decisions.

  • Audit current marketing and sales assets to uncover gaps and opportunities that improve the customer journey.

  • Design and implement multi-touch campaigns integrating email, social, paid media, and retargeting to nurture accounts from awareness to conversion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams — including content, social media, paid media, and business development — to bring campaigns to life with cohesive messaging and creative execution.

  • Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable steps with defined stages, metrics, and conversion points.

  • Partner with the content and creative teams to develop resources that engage audiences throughout the funnel.

  • Measure and optimize all campaign touchpoints to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, account activation, and opportunity creation.

  • Work closely with the Pardot Administrator and other team members to ensure accurate tracking, automation, and reporting across systems.

  • Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.

  • Serve as the strategic connector between marketing, content, and business development to ensure all outreach and nurture efforts align.

  • Contribute to the development of playbooks and frameworks that improve scalability and efficiency for future campaigns.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within financial services, consulting, or professional industries.

  • Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and its execution across multiple channels.

  • Proven track record designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with demand generation KPIs and funnel metrics.

  • Experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation workflows, and lead-scoring models.

  • Adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Benefits
  • Full-time, 100% remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Opportunity to lead impactful demand generation initiatives within a respected, fast-growing firm.

  • Exposure to cutting-edge B2B marketing strategies, including ABM, automation, and data analytics.

  • Collaborative, high-performance work culture that values innovation and results.

  • Competitive salary in USD and long-term professional growth opportunities.
