Job Description

Momentive Software seeks a strong B2B marketer to join its growing Demand Marketing organization as an Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for driving demand and delivering top line growth. The candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of integrated, multi-step marketing programs supporting revenue and brand goals. They will lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration with sales, customer success managers and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings experience with outbound marketing, particularly demand generation in a B2B, for learning management software, certifications software and Event management software, supporting associations and nonprofits.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager will create and execute effective and results-oriented integrated marketing campaigns, such as email, webinars and events to build pipeline and grow the company’s business. The ideal candidate will thrive on incorporating data-driven analytics to refine and hone execution.

 

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that drive revenue through direct sales team

  • Manage business-to-business multi-channel marketing programs, including email campaigns, drip email nurture series, and content

  • Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing and sales leaders to develop campaigns to build pipeline in core markets

  • Work closely with content and design teams to create landing pages for campaign CTAs

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations on mapping marketing database segmentation to personas

  • Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them

  • Ensure all Hubspot programs are linked to salesforce.com campaigns to ensure accurate campaign ROI tracking

  • Analyze tactical campaign performance for continuous improvement

  • Facilitate a marketing program retrospective following completion of each marketing program

  • Implement A/B tests to optimize effectiveness of subject lines, headers, images, copy, and calls-to-action

  • Become an expert on the company's lead funnel

 

We are looking for someone who brings

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing programs

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Hubspot) systems

  • Experience with creating compelling messages

  • Ability to understand how strategic objectives translate into market-specific programs

  • Demonstrated ability to implement with extreme attention to detail

  • Desired management/leadership skills:

  • Ability to define and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills for managing schedules and deadlines (experience in project management software like Asana is a plus)

  • Desired marketing skills:

  • Familiarity with principles of B2B marketing

  • Audience development experience a plus

  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS

Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on marketing, business or communications preferred.
