Position Overview

 H.B. Fuller is seeking a Demand Planner II to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts that support inventory optimization, customer service, and business growth. This role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with market conditions and business objectives. The position analyzes trends, evaluates demand scenarios, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve planning performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3 to 18-month demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.

  • Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and customer demand data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate business insights into forecasts.

  • Utilize SAP and demand planning tools to evaluate forecast accuracy and performance.

  • Present demand scenarios and recommend forecast adjustments based on changing conditions.

  • Monitor KPIs and identify risks affecting service, inventory, or forecast accuracy.

  • Support budget reconciliation and long-term strategic planning activities.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional supply chain projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain roles within manufacturing or chemical industries.

  • Experience using ERP or demand planning systems such as SAP.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

    The salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000.
