About Finch

We believe every American household deserves access to counsel in life’s biggest moments. At Finch, we’re building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible. Our modern approach to consumer law automates the admin work and puts clients first, starting with personal injury.

Since launching in April, we’ve grown 10x and are now powering pre-litigation for top law firms across the country. We combine expert operators with purpose-built AI to handle intake, claim opening, medical records, police reports, lien management, demands, and everything in between.

We’re backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and the founders & CEOs of generational companies like DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits. We’re rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles, and we’re hiring exceptional operators to help us scale it nationwide.

This Role

Demand packages are the most important document in every case we work on, capturing the details of an incident to help clients recover outcomes that can help remedy some of the impact to their quality of life. Demand Reviewers ensure every demand package Finch produces is accurate, complete, and persuasive. You’ll combine proprietary AI tools with deep legal review to deliver best-in-class demands that maximize case value.

You Will:
  • Review medical records, bills, and evidence for accuracy and completeness

  • Conduct verdict and settlement research to strengthen case valuation

  • Use Finch’s AI tools to accelerate drafting without sacrificing quality

  • Tailor each demand to the firm’s litigation strategy and style

  • Maintain a 0% error rate in final submissions

Your Team: Legal Operations

Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity.

You Might Be a Fit if You:
  • Have 5+ years in personal injury legal work, with experience drafting or reviewing demands

  • Are meticulous about details and accuracy

  • Understand how to present a case persuasively for maximum settlement value

  • Are comfortable working with technology to enhance workflows

Compensation

$70,000 – $100,000 annual salary + equity

Additional benefits include:
  • 100% coverage for health, dental, and vision

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • In-office snacks, drinks, and daily team lunch and dinners

  • Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)
