You will roll up your sleeves to build technical solutions, collaborate across teams, and create compelling written and recorded enablement content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of all centralized demo environments and associated demo assets.

  • Partner with Sales, SCs, Product, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align demos with business and technical needs.

  • Translate complex business processes into seamless technical demonstrations that clearly showcase product value.

  • Develop and maintain precise, easy-to-follow Demo Guides and Demo Scripts for all centralized demos.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to maintain an expert-level understanding of Zendesk’s solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with Solution Consultants to design customized, personalized proof-of-concept demos tailored to specific customer scenarios.

  • Provide proactive internal support and enablement to Solution Consultants, ensuring effective usage and implementation of demo assets.

  • Record and deliver polished demo videos and enablement content to facilitate team learning and customer engagement.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and AI advancements to continuously improve demo frameworks and tools.

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining demo environments or equivalent technical experience.

  • Strong experience working with APIs and backend integrations.

  • Hands-on troubleshooting expertise and problem-solving skills in technical, customer-facing environments.

  • Solid knowledge of modern web and scripting technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and SaaS applications.

  • A deep passion for AI and technology, with a proactive commitment to staying current on the latest advancements in AI, automation, and developer tools, eagerly applying new learnings to improve demos and workflows.

  • Demonstrated passion for technology and continuous learning, eager to explore new languages, tools, and services.

  • Strong collaboration skills with a genuine desire to support and uplift team members through shared knowledge and creativity.

  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring demos are robust, accurate, and high quality.

  • Comfort in recording and presenting demo content for both internal and external audiences with clarity and confidence.

Bonus points:

  • Experience working with Zendesk products and platform.

  • Experience at a SaaS provider in the customer support, chatbot, or conversational AI ecosystem.

  • Early adopter of AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, and Microsoft Copilot, to boost productivity and innovate solutions.
