The Project Coordinator is responsible for working with the Deployment team installing SilverSky Security services into client networks.  Additionally, manage the various installation components within the team and coordinating the turn up of the networks and sub services into a production environment


What you’ll be doing.

  • Assist with complex, multi-dimensional IT projects
  • Monitor and control progress
  • Deliver task on time and per contract specifications
  • Assist with turn-up sub-services with customer with successful turn over to the Command Center
  • Escalate to Management any risk concerns as they become apparent throughout the project.

What does it take to succeed in this role? 

  • Assist with complex, multi-dimensional IT projects
  • Monitor and control progress
  • Deliver task on time and per contract specifications
  • Assist with turn-up sub-services with customer with successful turn over to the Command Center
  • Escalate to Management any risk concerns as they become apparent throughout the project.
  • High School or equivalent
  • Understanding of common network services (web, mail, FTP, etc)
  • Strong teamwork skills – coordination between all departments is necessary during implementations

 

Work Arrangement

This is a remote position based in the United States. Candidates must be available to attend onsite meetings or work from the office as needed.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.
