Job Summary

The Deposit Operations Representative performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to NSFs, stop payments, chargebacks, positive pay, ACH disputes, wire transfers, charge offs, recoveries, teller balancing, check adjustments, collection items, mobile remote deposit review, fraud monitoring, customer service, internet banking support, ATM reconciliations, research, reclamations, unposted item repair, dormant account monitoring, Reg CC holds and various reconciliations of accounts. Performs works independently, exercising independent judgment and discretion.

Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical.
  • Communicative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Some banking and/or deposit operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be able to use various types of office equipment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
