About the Role

We are looking for an experienced part-time Dermatologist to provide medical dermatology services to our patient population in Starbase, TX. This role involves traveling to our clinic two times per month to deliver expert consultative care for a broad range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. You'll work alongside our primary care team to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality dermatologic care.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Provide episodic, consultative medical dermatology care
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions including inflammatory skin diseases, infections, autoimmune conditions, acne, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer screening
  • Collaborate and consult with local primary care physicians.
  • Potential to serve as a clinical resource for our virtual team, including “curbsides” on complex dermatologic cases and helping create patient-facing medical resources.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols that enhance dermatologic care delivery

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • Board Certified in Dermatology
  • Active medical license in Texas
  • ≥ 3-5 years of clinical experience in medical dermatology
  • Expertise managing complex dermatologic conditions across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfort with biopsies and ability to follow up on results remotely.
  • Willingness to travel to Starbase, TX up to two times per month; travel and lodging expenses covered
  • For the safety of our patients and staff, employees in this role must be fully vaccinated with all necessary vaccinations. This includes a booster for a completed COVID-19 vaccination.

Compensation Range: $225-275/hour based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
