Eager to hone your design skills and dive into visual storytelling? Our Design Internship with Areya Media offers a dynamic environment where innovation and creativity intersect. 

The Design Intern will work closely with our in-house designers and art director to build compelling visual ideas and executions for our branded content. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Brainstorm relevant content ideas for the Areya Media Brands
  • Research and compile compelling design work and content executions from around the web
  • Create mood boards, website mockups, and marketing decks
  • Assist in creating various assets for editorial and social channels
  • Work closely with the Creative, Production and Editorial Team to uphold the content standards of the Areya brand

We are seeking a candidate who is deeply immersed in the culture we represent, to be successful in this role, you should be/have:

  • A team player but able to work independently
  • Proactive and willing to learn attitude
  • Ideally available to intern from Mon - Fri (flexible)
  • Based in New York
  • 2+ Years Experience in Graphic Design
  • Programs (intermediate-level competency)
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Figma
    • Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
    • After Effects

Areya Media LLC. offers the following:

  • Rate $17/hr
  • No more than 24 hours/week
