We’re hiring a Senior Designer (Contract) to support a high-impact, design-forward team at a leading financial technology company. In this role, you’ll work on integrated campaigns, brand activations, and social content that bring the brand’s mission to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional creatives and marketers to translate strategy into polished, compelling visuals across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design across multiple formats including social, display, landing pages, and product visuals
  • Support concept development for brand and campaign work
  • Ensure design consistency while pushing the creative boundaries of the brand
  • Collaborate with writers, motion designers, and marketing stakeholders to bring work from concept to execution
  • Contribute to a fast-moving team with fresh perspectives and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of design experience in a brand, in-house, or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and campaign workMastery of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Experience working within and evolving brand guidelines
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Excellent communicator and team collaborator
  • Experience with product marketing and visual storytelling around product featuresBonus: Experience in financial services or in-product design
