Identity Digital Innovation Labs (IDIL) is building DNSid - the foundational identity layer for the agentic internet. As AI agents become autonomous participants across enterprises, clouds and the public internet, DNSid enables every agent to have a verifiable, DNS-anchored identity.
We're looking for a technical marketer who can build and engage the developer ecosystem around AI Agent Identity. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing and community, creating the content, programs and experiences that make DNSid easy to discover, understand and integrate. You'll help transform early design partnerships into a thriving developer community.

- Develop the developer marketing strategy for DNSid
- Partner with Engineering to improve documentation and onboarding
- Promote SDKs, APIs and technical resources
Community & Ecosystem
- Build developer engagement across GitHub, open-source communities and technical forums
- Develop integration tutorials, webinars and hands-on learning experiences
- Support hackathons, workshops and technical events
- Manage developer newsletters and technical communications
Partner Programs
- Coordinate joint developer marketing initiatives with hyperscalers, registrars and ecosystem partners
- Support technical conference presentations and demos
- Build repeatable developer adoption programs
Feedback & Advocacy
- Gather developer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Identify friction points within the developer journey
- Help create advocates who champion DNSid across the broader AI ecosystem
First 12 Months: What Success Looks Like
- Built the foundational developer engagement strategy for DNSid, including technical content, community programs and developer communications
- Established a repeatable developer onboarding experience through documentation, tutorials, webinars, GitHub resources and technical enablement assets
- Successfully launched developer engagement initiatives with strategic ecosystem partners, including cloud providers, registrars and identity platforms
- Built an engaged developer community that generates measurable participation, technical feedback and advocacy for DNSid
- Established a structured feedback loop between developers, Product and Engineering that directly influences platform improvements
- Increased developer awareness and adoption through high-quality technical content, conference participation and community engagement
Who You Are / What You Bring
- 5-8 years of experience working in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, Technical Marketing or Developer Advocacy
- Experience supporting developer ecosystems for cloud, infrastructure, identity, cybersecurity, APIs, AI or developer platforms
- Strong understanding of developer journeys, technical adoption and community building
- Experience promoting, measuring and engaging with technical content including tutorials, documentation, webinars, demos and GitHub resources
- Comfortable partnering with Engineering to translate technical capabilities into engaging developer experiences
- Experience supporting technical conferences, workshops, hackathons or community events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Passion for open-source communities, developer engagement and ecosystem growth
- AI-native operator who leverages AI to accelerate technical content creation, developer engagement and community management
- Curious, collaborative and comfortable operating in an early-stage, highly cross-functional environment
- Ability to travel as needed for developer conferences, workshops and partner events

- Legal: The Contractor must be legally authorized to work in the US and have all permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary to function as a contractor

Location:
- Remote within the US (preference for the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DE, MD, MA, MO, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OR, OK, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, and WA)
Compensation:
- $127,000 - $206,000 full-time employee (FTE) salary range, Independent contractor compensation will be paid at a rate based on the agreed-upon engagement
