Job Description
  • Design, implementation and operation of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications and related backend services within MOAP Delivery scope (Azure DevOps, GIT, automated builds and deployments).

  • Setup and maintenance of build, test and release processes including integration of quality gates (static code analysis, unit and integration tests, security scans, artifact management in JFrog, etc.). Configuration and management of non-production environments in cooperation with Client infrastructure teams (DEV, TEST, PREPROD).

  • Support of release management, including preparation of release packages for app stores/internal distribution and coordination of deployment windows.

  • Implementation of monitoring and logging integration according to Client standards and support for incident and problem analysis from a tooling and pipeline perspective.

  • Continuous improvement of delivery automation, performance and reliability of the delivery pipeline for both mobile and backend components..

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications and related backend services (Azure DevOps, Git, automated builds and deployments).

  • Set up and maintain build, test, and release processes, ensuring repeatability and traceability across environments.

  • Integrate quality gates into pipelines, including static code analysis, unit and integration tests, security scans, and artifact management (e.g., JFrog).

  • Configure and manage non-production environments (DEV, TEST, PREPROD) in cooperation with Client infrastructure teams.

  • Support release management activities, including preparing release packages for app stores/internal distribution and coordinating deployment windows.

  • Implement monitoring and logging integrations according to Client standards and support incident/problem analysis from a tooling and pipeline perspective.

  • Continuously improve delivery automation, pipeline performance, and reliability for both mobile and backend components.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 0–5 years of experience in DevOps, build/release engineering, automation, or software engineering (including internships, academic projects, or relevant hands-on experience).

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and pipeline implementation (preferably Azure DevOps).

  • Good working knowledge of Git and branching strategies; ability to troubleshoot common source control and pipeline issues.

  • Understanding of automated build, test, and deployment practices for mobile and/or backend services.

  • Familiarity with quality gates such as static code analysis, automated testing, and security scanning in CI/CD workflows.

  • Exposure to artifact repositories and package management (e.g., JFrog Artifactory or similar).

  • Basic understanding of monitoring/logging concepts and how to integrate tooling into delivery pipelines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD (iOS/Android) including signing, versioning, and packaging for app store/internal distribution.

  • Infrastructure-as-Code exposure (e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep) and configuration management practices.

  • Containerization and orchestration familiarity (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or cloud platform exposure (Azure preferred).

  • Experience implementing security best practices in pipelines (SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management).

  • Knowledge of release strategies (blue/green, canary) and environment promotion models.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
