The DevOps Engineer will enhance CI/CD processes, manage AWS infrastructure, support developers, and troubleshoot production systems while collaborating with the team.
We’re not rockstars or ninjas, just a team of developers working to make life a little easier for doctors and their patients. Our platform, built on a Ruby on Rails API with AngularJS and React front-end, helps our client’s practices manage appointments, track drug inventory, send reminders, and handle insurance claims. We deploy on AWS and are continuing to scale.
We're looking for a Platform Engineer to help us grow and strengthen our infrastructure, streamline our development processes, and support our engineering team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep the work engaging and provide continuous opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
What You'll Do
- Build, improve, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines
- Enhance the developer experience
- Monitor and manage our AWS-based cloud infrastructure
- Support production systems by troubleshooting issues and improving observability
- Partner with engineering teams to identify friction and deliver scalable solutions

You Might Have Experience With
- Linux systems (Debian)
- Writing and maintaining MySQL queries
- Deploying Node/Yarn, Ruby/Rails
- Monitoring tools like Datadog and Rollbar
Desired Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or a similar role
- Proficiency in scripting and automation
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
