The DevOps Program Manager is responsible for owning and scaling the DevOps operating model that underpins AIO Logic’s SaaS automation platform. This role provides program-level leadership across CI/CD, release management, infrastructure operations, and compliance, ensuring predictable, secure, and high-quality delivery in a regulated fintech environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a strategic bridge between Engineering, Product, QA, and Client Success, establishing governance, standards, and metrics that enable rapid innovation while maintaining operational discipline and compliance readiness.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, process maturity, and cross-functional alignment — not day-to-day system administration.

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve processes for infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, incident response, and change management
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Client Success to ensure predictable, high-quality, and auditable releases
  • Lead release readiness reviews, production launch approvals, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement cycles
  • Establish and track operational KPIs, including uptime, deployment frequency, release success rates, MTTR, and incident trends
  • Manage DevOps tooling strategy, vendor relationships, and infrastructure roadmap in alignment with business priorities
  • Ensure operational compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and financial data governance requirements through documented controls and processes
  • Mentor and guide DevOps engineers on process discipline, documentation standards, and program management best practices
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on platform stability, delivery health, and operational risk

Core Competencies
