We are building the foundational platform for the next generation of the internet: decentralized AI agents. Our mission is to empower developers to create autonomous, on-chain intelligence that is transparent and ownerless. As our DevRel / Growth lead, you will be the bridge between our core protocol and the global developer community, turning complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact growth.

Your Core Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, deep-dive tutorials, and code samples that showcase how to build and deploy AI agents on our platform.

  • Represent the project at global hackathons, conferences, and developer meetups, serving as the "face" of the protocol and onboarding the next wave of builders.

  • Identify friction points in the developer journey and work with the product team to optimize documentation, SDKs, and onboarding flows.

  • Actively engage with developers on Discord, Telegram, and GitHub to troubleshoot technical hurdles and gather feedback for the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with other Web3 and AI projects to create co-marketing opportunities and cross-protocol integrations.

Who You Are
  • You have the rare ability to understand complex AI and blockchain architectures and explain them simply to a diverse audience.

  • You are comfortable jumping into a repo and writing scripts in JavaScript or Python to demonstrate a new feature or fix a community bug.

  • You thrive in social environments, whether it’s a 48-hour hackathon or a technical AMA, and you genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.

  • You don't just care about "good code"; you care about how many developers are successfully deploying agents and how we can scale that number.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations (DevRel), Technical Marketing, or Community Engineering.

  • Strong coding proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.

  • Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem (smart contracts, decentralized identity, or L1/L2 dynamics).

  • Prior experience or a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, autonomous agents, or decentralized compute).

  • Excellent public speaking skills and a willingness to travel to global industry events.
