What we want to accomplish and why we need you

Suki is a leading technology company that provides AI voice solutions for healthcare. Its mission is to reimagine the healthcare technology stack, making it invisible and assistive to lift the administrative burden from clinicians. Its flagship product is Suki Assistant, an AI assistant that uses generative AI to automatically create clinical documentation by ambiently listening to patient-clinician conversations. Suki helps clinicians complete notes 72% faster on average, assists with other tasks including coding and answering questions, and generates incremental revenue for organizations, delivering a 9X ROI in year 1. Suki also offers its proprietary AI and speech platform, Suki Platform, to partners who want to create best-in-class ambient and voice experiences for their solutions.  Clinicians that use Suki already spend over 70% less time on administrative tasks, and we’re striving to do even better. Come and join us!

We are a user-driven company and are committed to making sure every pixel of our product is in service of the doctors. We’re a team of technologists, clinicians, and industry experts working together to push the limits on technology used in medicine. We’re confident enough to move fast and talented enough not to break things. Check out this short video to learn more about our mission and our culture.

What will you do everyday?

We are looking for a Healthcare Dictation Specialist who understands that for a physician, every click matters. In this role, you will partner with our Commercial Team to demonstrate how our dictation solutions integrate seamlessly into Epic and Meditech environments, reducing provider burnout and improving documentation accuracy.  Dictation is a replacement business so we will need you to convince hospitals/health systems that our solution can replace the incumbent solution.

You will serve as the bridge between our sales team and hospital leadership (CMIOs, CIOs, and Clinical Directors), proving that our solution works flawlessly within their complex IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. EMR-Centric Demonstrations:

The "Day in the Life" Demo: Conduct compelling product demonstrations that mirror real-world clinical workflows. Show specifically how our tool functions within Epic (Hyperspace) and Meditech (Expanse).

  1. Technical Sales Enablement:

Virtualization Expertise: Address technical concerns from Hospital IT teams regarding audio redirection and latency in virtualized environments (Citrix, VMware, Horizon) common in Epic/Meditech deployments.

Hardware & Device Management: Advise clients on the best hardware strategies (e.g., SpeechMikes, PowerMics, or mobile apps) to ensure seamless control of EMR templates and navigation commands.

  1. Strategic Account Growth:

Pilot & POC Execution: Lead clinical pilots in specific departments. Ensure the software behaves correctly during the trial phase so the Commercial team can close the deal.

Migration Strategy: Assist existing clients in legacy transitions (e.g., migrating from on-premise legacy servers to cloud-based recognition).

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the “perfect” candidate?

  • Coachability and Humility: You’re open to learning and put your ego aside.

  • Results-driven: results matter, winning matters.  You can achieve your goals with minimal supervision and processes.  You can quickly assess how to reach your objectives and who can help you get there.
  • Executive presence and consultative approach.  You exude confidence and integrity, have great listening skills, and can translate client’s needs and challenges into a strategy that aligns with them.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Data Driven: You use metrics to drive decision making
  • Self-starter: You are motivated by impossible challenges and energized by creating something new. You have a strong sense of urgency and move quickly, with quality.
  • Process Oriented: You take pride in workflow and process, own the process, and are open to change.
  • Adaptability:  You thrive in a fast-moving organization that uses light-weight processes and cutting-edge technology to have a huge impact. Believe that “what got you here, won’t get you there”.
  • Rigor: You are detail oriented and hold others to a high standard.
  • AI Savvy or Curious: Able to leverage AI to alleviate tedious tasks or open to learning how to. Use AI in your current outbound prospecting to research accounts or tailor messaging.
  • Technical Acumen: Conceptually understand Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) and is well-spoken on the benefits of AI.

Qualifications*

  • Healthcare Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Healthcare IT, Medical Informatics, or Clinical Sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of  integration profiles, and how dictation overlays interact with browser-based (Meditech Expanse) vs. client-based (Epic) applications.
  • Proficiency in Gong Engage, SalesForce, Zoom Info, SalesNav, and G-Suite. Proficiency in Outreach.io or SalesLoft if you haven’t used Gong Engage.
  • 3+ years prospecting complex Healthcare IT SaaS to Healthcare Executives or Platform API-based solutions to Product Executives.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quota and OKRs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.

* We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.
