Our client is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to support and manage paid media campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and measurable business growth. They operate within the digital marketing industry, bringing together specialized agencies and shared systems to help businesses strengthen their online presence and scale through industry-focused marketing strategies.

This full-time, 100% remote position is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who enjoys analyzing campaign data, identifying optimization opportunities, and improving advertising ROI. The Digital Advertising Specialist will manage campaigns across multiple paid advertising platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The role supports clients primarily within the home services and legal industries, where lead quality, conversion performance, and cost efficiency are key measures of success. The specialist will collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure paid advertising efforts complement each client's broader digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, monitor, and continuously optimize PPC and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Develop campaign strategies focused on qualified lead generation, measurable growth, and strong return on advertising spend.
  • Regularly review campaign performance and make proactive adjustments to bidding, targeting, keywords, audiences, and ad messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates while reducing cost per lead.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply findings to campaign structure, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Set up, maintain, and validate conversion tracking across advertising platforms to ensure campaign results are measured accurately.
  • Analyze advertising data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding approaches, and other campaign variables.
  • Stay current with Google Ads developments, platform changes, algorithm updates, and paid media best practices.
  • Prepare monthly campaign performance reports and translate advertising metrics into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with SEO, content, and social media teams to maintain alignment across digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple client campaigns, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and organization.


Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising or PPC campaigns.
  • Practical experience managing campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Practical experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC fundamentals, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining conversion tracking for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and use performance metrics to make informed optimization decisions.
  • Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional marketing teams.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing advertising campaigns designed specifically to generate leads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect campaign metrics to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with performance indicators such as CPL, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Proactive attitude toward identifying performance issues and testing potential solutions.
  • Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting clients in the home services or legal industries is valuable but not listed as a mandatory requirement.
