Hiebing is seeking a highly organized, curious and detail-oriented Digital Coordinator who is excited to build a career in email, CRM, loyalty and digital marketing. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys figuring out how things work and gets satisfaction from solving problems and doing great work for our clients.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting day-to-day email and messaging programs across our client portfolio, including campaign setup, quality assurance, audience management, deployment and reporting. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn new platforms and technologies, curious about how AI can improve both the work and how we do it, and willing to experiment with new ways to solve problems and create value for our clients.

The ideal candidate is someone early in their digital marketing career who is ready to do the work and grow beyond it. Working alongside experienced digital strategists and technologists, the role is designed to build deeper expertise in CRM, loyalty, audience strategy and lifecycle marketing.

The role starts with hands-on execution, with the opportunity to grow into deeper expertise and a larger role in CRM, loyalty and digital marketing as our capabilities and client needs evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with strategists, designers, developers and other Digital team members to deliver accurate, high-quality work for clients.
  • Build and configure email and messaging campaigns across a variety of platforms, including campaign setup, personalization and A/B testing.
  • Support audience segmentation and management, including lists, targeting, suppression rules and deployment requirements.
  • Conduct detailed QA of email creative, links, tracking, targeting and automated journeys, and support campaign deployment.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and timelines, maintaining the documentation, checklists and status updates needed to keep work moving.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance monitoring and identification of insights and opportunities.
  • Make ongoing website and Content Management System (CMS) content updates.
  • Support additional digital marketing execution needs as they arise.
  • Use AI and other emerging tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency, quality and problem-solving in day-to-day work.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or a related role. Relevant internships or comparable experience may be considered.
  • Experience working with an email marketing or marketing automation platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate, high-quality work.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful, with a desire to learn, experiment and take on new challenges.
  • Curiosity about AI and a willingness to incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve efficiency, quality and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
  • HTML/CSS knowledge and experience troubleshooting website or email templates.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
  • Exposure to audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing or CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, campaign tracking or digital reporting.
  • Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands/accounts.

Where You’ll Work

This position is based in Hiebing’s Austin, Texas office.

Collaboration is an important part of how we work at Hiebing. This position follows our hybrid work model, which includes working from the Austin office each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the option to work remotely Thursday and Friday.

Candidates who do not currently live within commuting distance should be willing to relocate to the Austin area.
