Our client is looking for a Digital Designer to join their growing creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where high-quality design and visual storytelling play a key role in business growth. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong visual communication skills who can develop engaging creative assets across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
  • Design and create digital marketing materials including online advertisements, social media graphics, email marketing visuals, banners, and promotional content.
  • Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Produce print-ready marketing assets such as flyers, brochures, posters, event materials, signage, and large-format graphics.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all creative projects and communication channels.
  • Partner with marketing, content, editorial, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize production-ready files for both digital and print distribution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Support website graphic updates and digital content implementation through WordPress.
  • Research emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
  • Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that enhance marketing and branding efforts.


Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related creative role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Hands-on experience using Canva and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating assets for both digital and print environments.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Qualifications
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and print media.
  • Strong production capabilities, particularly within Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience designing event materials, signage, and large-scale graphics.
  • Familiarity with email design principles and basic HTML best practices.
  • Previous experience within commercial real estate, media, marketing, publishing, or agency environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
