About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

The Digital Experience Manager will own web marketing strategy end-to-end, combining Webflow platform ownership, technical SEO, and AI-search (LLM) visibility with the design fluency and development literacy to keep execution sharp. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and content teammates to build landing pages, ship campaigns, and continuously improve site speed, SEO, and conversion. You’ll also work with external partners to drive insights and performance excellence. You will be strategic, action-oriented, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, while always achieving new heights for Limble with curiosity and integrity.

What You'll Own

This person will own how Limble shows up across traditional search, AI-generated answers, and our own website. Reporting to our VP of Brand and Marketing Strategy, you’ll work closely with our content/SEO strategy and PR leads so that our owned site, earned media, and third-party presence function as one coherent strategy rather than three disconnected efforts.

  • Web marketing strategy - align with Marketing leadership to set and drive the roadmap for how our website and digital properties support pipeline, brand, and growth goals.

  • Webflow platform management - own the CMS, page structure, design system implementation, publishing workflows, and overall site health inside Webflow.

  • Technical SEO - site architecture, crawlability, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and on-page optimization.

  • LLM / AI-search visibility (AEO/GEO) - ensure our content and site structure are positioned to be cited and surfaced correctly in AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).

  • Design standards - maintain visual and UX quality on the site in partnership with brand resources, filling the gap left by a dedicated Creative Director.

  • Dev collaboration - partner with developers on custom Webflow builds, integrations, and technical implementation; translate marketing needs into technical requirements.

  • Performance and reporting - track organic, direct, and referral traffic, on-site conversion, and how web performance connects to MQL and pipeline metrics.

  • Migration and technical governance - manage domains, redirects, and any future platform or brand migrations, applying lessons learned from past transitions.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, web strategy, or a closely related role — B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on Webflow expertise (Designer, CMS, interactions, hosting/publishing).

  • Strong technical SEO fluency — comfortable discussing site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals as easily as content strategy.

  • Working knowledge of how AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants source and cite content, and how to optimize for it (GEO/AEO).

  • A genuine design sensibility — not necessarily a hands-on designer, but a trained eye and the judgment to direct and evaluate creative work.

  • Basic front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals, CMS-to-dev handoffs), but also ability to manage external dev resources

  • Integrate marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email/marketing automation, forms, chat, personalization tools)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser/device compatibility problems

  • Identify and deliver insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and ideally Salesforce or similar CRM reporting, to connect web performance to pipeline.

  • Maintain site security, backups, and basic web infrastructure/hosting needs

  • Stay current on web and martech trends and recommend improvements to our stack

Nice to Have
  • Experience with SEO/competitive tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar).

  • Experience coordinating with PR or earned-media teams on third-party visibility (Reddit, review sites, trade press) as part of a broader content/citation strategy.

  • Experience with a front-end framework (React, Vue) for interactive landing pages

  • Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)

  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives)

  • Basic design skills (Figma, Adobe XD) for quick edits and mockup collaboration

  • Experience with email template coding (HTML email, litmus/email testing)

  • Familiarity with paid media landing page requirements (UTM tracking, pixel implementation)

Benefits
  • $110,000 - $120,000

  • Fully remote position

  • Flexible PTO

  • 13 paid company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Monthly employee wellness stipend

  • Opportunities for Learning and Development Reimbursement

  • Pet insurance
