About the Role

We're looking for a talented Digital Design Engineer to join our team, where you'll architect and design high-performance digital circuits that seamlessly interface with cutting-edge analog systems. You'll work across a diverse set of communication protocols — including CAN, LIN, 1394, and Ethernet — contributing to full end-to-end system solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What You'll Do

  • Define architecture and micro-architecture for complex digital systems
  • Write and review RTL code, and drive designs through simulation, synthesis, and timing closure
  • Develop test methods and specifications, and contribute to application notes and datasheets
  • Solve complex engineering challenges by assessing and applying a range of techniques and methodologies
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, delivering results on time with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate closely with a world-class team of analog and digital design engineers to solve problems and drive innovation

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in digital circuit design and familiarity with analog-digital interfaces
  • Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, 1394, and/or Ethernet
  • Proficiency in RTL design, synthesis, and verification flows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic, analytical mindset
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and contributes proactively to group discussions

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • A thorough understanding of digital logic design
  • Familiarity with the Verilog language and simulators
  • A good understanding of analog functionality and exposure to analog IC design methods
  • Ability to solve problems using a systematic approach

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with System Verilog
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
